STEPHEN BELL

Stephen Bell is CEO and founding Director of the highly successful iHR Australia. He more recently

founded iHR Asia in Thailand. Stephen regularly works with government and private enterprise and

conducts workshops with Executives across Australia and Asia.His clients over the past few years

have included many well known international brands across a range of industries including L’oreal,

Boral, Apple, Downer EDI, HBOS, EGAT, Onesteel, Harper Collins, and the Australian Broadcasting

Corporation. Stephen is a leading expert in human resource capability modelling and an accomplished

facilitator and coach in leadership behaviour, organisational development and business planning.

Stephen receives consistent feedback that his programs are inspirational and an effective learning

experience.Particularly his programs which feature actors have become renowned in Australia,

a concept he has recently brought to Thailand. He has been responsible for establishing

iHR as a boutique market leader of Human Resources solutions to large, medium and small organisaions

throughout Australia. Stephen understands that corporate and small medium enterprise management

require constant development and up-to-date information to respond to changing work patterns in

society.However, perhaps Stephen’s greatest attribute as a facilitator is that he is a leader himself.

He has built iHR Australia into one of Australia’s most respected boutique consultancies from the

Sebastian Harvey
 

SEBASTIAN HARVEY

Sebastian has built a solid reputation as a leading facilitator in the areas of people and performance

management. Sebastian brings over 20 years experience working and consulting in the public,

education and manufacturing sectors with a focus on human resource development, helping individuals,

teams and organisations to be more successful through sound people management practices.

Sebastian is committed to organisational learning principles through holistic analysis of issues,

stakeholder dialogue, team learning and creative, practical problem solving. He has a strong

collaborative and consensus-seeking approach to resolving complex issues, supported by

outstanding experiential training, action-based education, facilitation, coaching and interviewing skills.

Sebastian has qualifications in Training, Business, Psychology and Literature and is a Certified

Professional in HR (CAHRI). He is also involved in leadership roles in community and professional

organisations.

 

 

 

Shelley Wilkins
 

SHELLEY WILKINS

After teaching in NSW Government schools for 17 years, Shelley has held a number of senior Learning

& Development roles in large corporations throughout the 1990's. This enabled her to focus on designing

company wide learning frameworks, organisational culture change programs, leadership behavioural

assessment and team development programs. Shelley’s clients have included a wide range of industries

including Banking & Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Legal, Medical, Travel, Energy, Insurance,

Superannuation, Government and Real Estate.

Shelley is passionate about developing constructive organisational cultures by building trusting

relationships and aligning people management processes. She is an experienced facilitator who can

assist her workshop participants to develop the behavioural changes they are seeking.

Shelley’s academic qualifications include a Masters in Educational Administration, Bachelor of Arts,

Graduate Diploma in Education as well as Certificate 1V in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Shelley also holds a number of accreditations in instruments used in organisational development programs.
