‘I’m a Leader, I’m a Coach’ is designed for any person in a management/supervisory role within a professional work environment.
This program emphasises the important role modern workplace leaders have as a coach. Modern leaders must accept the key role they have to play in building the performance of teams and individuals, as well as retaining high calibre employees.  ‘I’m a Leader, I’m a Coach’ will ensure participants understand the leadership style of coaching as well as providing them with some key skills to be active coaches in their own workplaces.
