Learning innovation – iHR’s Workplace Reality Theatre
All iHR Asia Pacific’s training programs incorporate our unique training methodology ‘Workplace Reality Theatre’. Professional actors re-enact real-life workplace situations that participants then practice with our actors and analyse in discussions led by experienced facilitators.

Clicking on the images above will launch videos highlighting examples of the re-enactments used. Members of iHR's professional actor team perform all re-enactments live in each training program. Our re-enactments can be tailored to suit your work environment, culture and specific issues ensuring relevance to the target audience. These simulated scenarios help participants to actively identify and discuss the implications of workplace behavior and management style, building the confidence and competence of participants long after leaving the training room.
Delivery options
All our programs can be delivered in your workplace, and can incorporate your organisation's policies, procedures and values. The programs can also be modified to suit your individual needs. Selected programs are run publically in most capital cities.
iHR Asia Pacific’s range of training programs includes:
Leadership Culture and the Modern Workplace
Leadership is all about behavior. These sessions are part of our highly successful and innovative approach to building effective behaviors for leaders in the modern workplace. Using expert facilitation and professional actors, participants will leave this program with a clear understanding that, as leaders, part of their job is to build an effective workplace culture and that their everyday behavior builds and shapes workplace culture.
Communication in Management
Using expert facilitation and professional actors, participants will leave this program with a clear understanding that, as company members, part of their job is to build effective communication. In the modern workplace, effective communication includes 360 degree communication and cross-generational communication and participants should also understand that their everyday behavior builds and shapes workplace culture. Furthermore, they will discover that workplace culture will have a significant impact on their capacity to get the best out of their people and retain the most high-performing talent.
Team Skills Development
Teamwork is the co-operative effort by a group of people to achieve a common goal. Every team is a group, but not every group is a team. A group is an ensemble of people with common goals in general brought together by affinities. However, this group is not a team. A team is a group of people with common goals working toward the achievement of specific milestones. This training focuses on how to build an effective team, to maintain and improve the team, and to achieve the company’s goals through team management.
Leading in Thai Culture: Cross-Cultural Leadership
Our program is not designed to provide you with an extensive list of the DOs and DO NOTs but more to provide you with an understanding of the cultural differences between Non-Thai and Thai societies, and then to guide you in learning how to deal with these differences.
