Cancellation policy for iHR Australia’s training programs
iHR Australia reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. Registered participants for that program are able to transfer their registration or receive a refund of the registration cost. Payment must accompany registration unless paying on invoice.
Cancelling more than 14 days prior to course:
If you cancel more than 14 days prior the program for which you registered, you can do one of the following:
- nominate a substitute participant
- transfer to a different course that takes place within the next 12 months
- request a refund.
Cancelling 14 to 4 days prior to course:
If you cancel 4-14 days prior the program for which you registered, you can do one of the following:
- nominate a substitute participant
- transfer to a different course that takes place within the next 12 months.
Refunds are not available.
Cancelling 4 days or less prior to course:
If you cancel less than 4 days prior the program for which you registered, you can:
- nominate a substitute participant.
Refunds are not available.
Failure to attend training:
If you fail to attend training all fees paid are forfeited.
